Returns & Refunds
We want every order to arrive in the condition expected. Please inspect your package when it is delivered.
Before returning an item
Contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal-care devices may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.
Damaged, incorrect or defective items
Email us promptly after delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video of the product and packaging. We will review the information and explain the available resolution.
Return condition
Eligible items should be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation included. Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return and will be confirmed before authorization.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return has been received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.
